Pay and Bonus Programs
We offer compensation programs that align individuals' financial incentives with BrightPoint's strategic direction and corporate values. While our Compensation Philosophy is global in nature, our compensation programs also are designed to be competitive within the local markets. We emphasize "pay for performance" with a portion of total compensation that is variable and associated with incentive compensation that is tied directly to the individual's and the company's overall performance.
Health and Wellness
