Job Description:

Service Engineer

• Ensure productivity of 15 handset repairs /day
• Daily Updation in AMS consumptions and correct fault codes
• Maintain TAT of 1 hour repair for walk-in customers
• Ensure proper maintenance of work area
• Update L3 supervisor about some new fault findings or technical updates
• Reporting types of faults reported in L2 handsets
• Other reports as and when required.

Experience and Skills:

Diploma in Electronics & Communication

Relevant Experience
The successful candidate will have 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience
