The Mobile Enabler

The logic around Brightpoint GB being The Mobile Enabler, is that we act as the gateway to SIM based products, billed services, managed services and applications, all of which are supported with our value proposition. This includes training, pre and post sales advice, configuration, connectivity, vendor programmes, bespoke marketing initiatives and much more. With the full support of our vendors, the Networks and ISV’s, we will enable our reseller partners to mobile enable their customers.

Mobile Email
Our business has unparalleled knowledge of consumer, prosumer and business mobile email solutions from Microsoft® (Windows Mobile®), RIM® and Nokia. Combined with the ability to provide the device (including Device Management), airtime, integration and back office set up, we work with our reseller partners to implement the right solution for each individual customer scenario. Whether ‘ behind-the-firewall’ or a hosted email solution, the increasing demand for mobile email is evident and presents a valid revenue stream and compelling reason to attract new business.

Applications
With the right LOB application on a device, its capability and worth to a business or individual is enhanced. We provide access to a portfolio of software applications from sat nav to field service, mobile payment to tracking, ensuring we continually add value.

Device Management (DM)
From large corporate device deployments to simply understanding the DM capabilities of a customers existing infrastructure, our skills encompass both needs. Partnering with Sybase, the leader in DM for complex deployments and Perlego for mid-range capability, our reseller partners are assured of a solution for Windows Mobile®, BlackBerry® and Symbian based devices.

Managed Services
With experience of deploying over 3,000+ devices as part of our managed service capability, we not only understand the needs of our reseller partner’s customers, but have established a solid foundation to assist with future requirements. Our Service Delivery System remains at the heart of each deployment and is centric to the provision of all other services including staging, configuration, asset tracking, hot swap, repair, hosting, reporting and much more.

Training

Whether our reseller partners have a bespoke requirement to train their teams of commercial or technical personnel, or wish to use our skills to educate their customers, the knowledge we have amassed within the IT, cellular and telecommunications sectors over the last 38 years is second to none in the channel.
