James W.P. Reid-Anderson

Director

James W.P. Reid-Anderson has been a Director of the Company since July 2010 and is a member of our Compensation and Human Resources Committee. Mr. Reid-Anderson is a healthcare adviser to Apollo Management L.P. and also serves as a Director of Stericycle, Inc. Mr. Reid-Anderson joined Dade Behring Holdings, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of in vitro diagnostics products and services to clinical laboratories, in August 1996. In 2007, Dade Behring was sold to Siemens AG, a worldwide manufacturer and supplier of electronics and electrical engineering in the industrial, energy and healthcare sectors. From December 2008 to March 2010 he served as a healthcare adviser to the managing board of Siemens AG. From May to November 2008 he was a member of Siemens AG's managing board and chief executive officer of Siemens Healthcare Sector, and from November 2007 to April 2008 he was the chief executive officer of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics. Prior to joining Dade Behring, he held various financial and operations positions of increasing responsibility for Wilson Sporting Goods, PepsiCo, Inc., Grand Metropolitan PLC and Mobil Oil Corporation, with roles based in Europe, Asia and North America. Mr. Reid-Anderson is a fellow of the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and received an Honors Degree in Commerce from the University of Birmingham, UK.
